My Seaside Bakery

My Seaside Studio will develop a new subsidiary, probably called the Seaside Bakery/Cafe or the Seaside Kitchen, we will start with a series this summer, with five dishes. Tell you more later. Apart from doing it in my home in Pokfulam, we might also do it in a beautiful little rooftop farm in Peng Chau! But we will take some professional courses to brush up our skills before we launch our first series. A lot to do before that and why do I still have to work today when it's public holiday...
